Using Zenas Group
Terms of Service
Effective September 7, 2026
1. Platform role
Zenas Group is an online platform that helps clients find and engage independent professionals. Experts are independent contractors and are not employees of Zenas Group. Zenas Group does not guarantee that a particular expert, service, result, or opportunity will be available.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Users must provide accurate, current information, protect account access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications, or use the platform unlawfully.
3. Services and online sessions
The client and expert are responsible for confirming the scope, schedule, price, and expected result before service begins. Sessions are provided online unless Zenas Group expressly approves another arrangement. Educational and informational services do not replace appropriately licensed professional advice.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices and applicable fees are shown before payment. Expert payouts, refunds, reserves, disputes, and chargebacks remain subject to Stripe processing requirements and the terms confirmed for the service.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation or refund requests should be submitted promptly. Zenas Group may consider the timing, work already performed, expert preparation, technical problems, and the confirmed service terms. A payment dispute does not remove an obligation to cooperate in resolving the underlying concern.
6. Acceptable conduct
Users must communicate respectfully and may not harass others, request unlawful activity, distribute malware, interfere with the platform, misuse personal information, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
7. Content and profiles
Users retain ownership of content they provide while granting Zenas Group permission to display and use it as necessary to operate and promote the platform. Users must have the right to provide all submitted text, images, credentials, and other materials.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
Services are provided to the extent permitted by law without guarantees of a specific outcome. Each expert remains responsible for their professional services, and each user remains responsible for decisions made using information received through the platform.
9. Suspension or termination
Zenas Group may restrict or end access for fraud, safety concerns, nonpayment, inaccurate information, misconduct, legal risk, or violation of these terms. Users may stop using the platform at any time, subject to outstanding service, payment, refund, or dispute obligations.
