We collect information you provide when requesting help, applying as an expert, creating or using a private workspace, communicating with us, or completing a payment. This can include contact details, service needs, professional profile information, availability, communications, transaction records, and account information.
Payments and identity verification
Stripe processes payments, payout details, identity verification, and certain tax information. Zenas Group does not store full card numbers or bank-account credentials. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use information to match clients with experts, arrange and deliver services, operate accounts, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the platform, communicate important updates, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
When information is shared
We share information only as reasonably needed with a selected expert or client, service providers that operate the platform, payment and authentication providers, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. Zenas Group does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service and satisfy legal, payment, dispute, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also ask to stop nonessential communications.
International use
Zenas Group offers online services that may involve people in different countries. Information can therefore be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
